The hotel offered a transfer service to the park, very convenient. The rooms were modern and clean, matching the pictures advertised. I found the reception staff helpful.

This required using an app to book for the entire week. It felt inconvenient for those without smartphones or wanting a break from the internet.

I found spacious room with a sizable balcony. A great shower was also present. Free transfer to the park added convenience and value. The reception staff seemed friendly.

courtesy bus super clean cleaning comfy beds

the courtesy bus to the parks was very helpful. super clean cleaning was apparent throughout my stay. the beds were very comfy too. the staff were always friendly . the food tasted delicious.

the lifts were slow at times. only two out of three lifts were working. this caused some delays during peak hours. it was inconvenient when trying to reach upper floors quickly.

staff members were friendly and helpful. they greeted guests with cute smiles and provided assistance whenever needed. the entertainment staff, like belen and natalia, engaged with children offering face painting and games.
